Welcome to our refund policy. This page explains everything you need to know about cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and product returns for services and products purchased from Bump Baby Imaging.<\/p>\n

SECTION 1 – SERVICES<\/b><\/p>\n

BOOKING DEPOSIT<\/b><\/p>\n

When you book any of our services, you agree to pay a\u00a0$50 non-refundable booking deposit<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Please read each section below carefully, as there may be certain situations where we can refund this deposit.<\/i><\/p>\n

CANCELLATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n

We have a\u00a048-hour cancellation policy<\/b>.<\/p>\n

To cancel an appointment,\u00a0you must call us<\/b>. If you cancel\u00a0at least 48 hours before<\/b>\u00a0your appointment time, we’ll refund your\u00a0$50 deposit<\/b>.<\/p>\n

If you cancel\u00a0with less than 48 hours’ notice<\/b>, we’ll retain your\u00a0$50 non-refundable deposit<\/b>\u00a0as a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n

We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refund the deposit in extenuating circumstances.<\/p>\n

RESCHEDULING<\/b><\/p>\n

We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to move things around.<\/p>\n

We have a\u00a048-hour rescheduling policy<\/b>.<\/p>\n

If you contact us\u00a0at least 48 hours before<\/b>\u00a0your scheduled appointment-either online or by calling us<\/b>-we will gladly reschedule your appointment at no cost.<\/p>\n

If you request to reschedule with\u00a0less than 48 hours’ notice<\/b>, we will need to book a\u00a0new appointment<\/b>\u00a0and a\u00a0new $50 non-refundable deposit<\/b>\u00a0will apply.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refund the deposit in extenuating circumstances.<\/p>\n

NO-SHOWS<\/b><\/p>\n

If you do not show up to your appointment without providing notice,\u00a0we will retain your $50 non-refundable deposit<\/b>. Our staff and studio are still scheduled and prepared for your visit, which incurs costs regardless of attendance.<\/p>\n

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS<\/b><\/p>\n

At Bump Baby Imaging, we want you to love your products. Our return and refund policy for physical goods is simple and customer-friendly.<\/p>\n
