Pregnancy massage or prenatal massage, is a specialised form of massage therapy designed to support the changing needs of the body throughout pregnancy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Using gentle, pregnancy-appropriate techniques and supportive positioning, pregnancy massage aims to relieve muscular tension, ease physical discomfort and promote relaxation during this important stage of life.<\/span><\/p>\n As your body adapts to accommodate your growing baby, changes in posture, weight distribution and hormone levels can place additional strain on the muscles and joints.
